I am going to try to post the dates that the comet goes into, and comes out of retrograde for purposes of analyzing whether my Hypotheses are correct:
The comet may the celestial representation of the Holy Spirit during the Tribulation.
Secondary Hypothesis: The comet is a roadmap of events that occur during the Tribulation.
As the comet moves from one place to another in the heavens; hypothetically, I would expect to see some kind of political-socio-economic activity that corresponds. It may be that the activity is so minute (insignificant) that it is not obvious, despite the date milestone.
All days are as close as I can get them. I am open to corrections on them, but they should be within a couple of days of what I have posted (designated by the @ before the date). It would be cool to see how close the dates match the Hebrew Holiday calendar. Not matching, however does not prevent the Hypothesis from being accurate, since we have few (some can be inferred) specific dates for any of the Judgements or activities occurring during the Trib.
Also, if you are using Stellarium; and have the graphical representation of the constellation showing, I have designated Orion's right hand to be the hand holding the club. The lion (carcass) is being held by Orion's left hand. I suspect the lion is to represent spiritually dead Israel (initially), cuz the lion is dead (or about to receive a mortal blow from the club?).
If someone can delve into what the constellations represent, or the story of each constellation from a Biblical perspective, that may be helpful also. Chuck Missler says the story comes from the names of the stars of each constellation, from the brightest to the dimmest.
I will add here until the timeline out to approximately 2031 is complete.
Phase 1: From the Virgin to the Hunter (Genesis 10:9 - Nimrod was a type of Antichrist. What do Hunters do? They HUNT.)
November 20, 2016 - 'conception' of Jupiter in Virgo
December 23, 2016 - passes out of Virgo and into Libra
January 19, 2017 - passes from Libra to Scorpio
January 25, 2017 - passes from Scorpio to Ophiuchus
February 8, 2017 - Ophiuchus to Serpens
February 22, 2017 - Serpens to Constellation Scutum
March 1, 2017 - Scutum to Constellation Aquila
March 14, 2017 - Aquila to Capricorn
March 19, 2017 - Capricorn to Aquarius
April 13, 2017 - Aquarius to Pisces
May 5, 2017 - Pisces to Constellation Cetus
July 8, 2017 - passes from Constellation Cetus to Constellation Taurus
October 19, 2017 - passes from Constellation Taurus into Constellation Eridani
December 17, 2017 - Eridani to Cetus
March 2, 2018 - Cetus to Taurus
Jun 19, 2018 - Taurus to Orion Phase 1 Complete
Phase 2: Movement within Orion
June 19, 2018 - Retrograde around the 'left hand' part of Orion begins - the comet appears to spiral inward towards the left hand.
@ Sept 10, 2018 - Retrograde motion stops (perihelion/aphelion?) around the left hand.
@ Sept 17, 2018 - Retrograde motion begins again around the hand. Retrograde motion appears to stop for 7 days, after observing later than this date. So this date I have corrected from Sept 20.
@ Mar 30, 2019 - Retrograde motion stops with the comet out near the 'lion'.
@ Apr 7, 2019 - Retrograde motion begins again around the lion
@ Sept 13, 2019 - Retrograde motion stops with the comet having moved over Orion's left hand, and then around Orion's head and is now pointing towards it.
@ Sept 20, 2019 - Retrograde motion begins again around Orion's head.
@ Apr 2, 2020 - Retrograde motion stops with the comet roughly midway between the lion and the left hand, but slightly closer to the lion.
@ Apr 9, 2020 - Retrograde motion begins again towards Orion's 'head'
@ Oct 15, 2020 - Retrograde motion stops with the comet pointing at Orion's right hand
@ Oct 22, 2020 - Retrograde motion begins again around Orion's right hand and head.
@ Dec 25, 2020 - Comet occludes Orion's head 'star'
@ Jan 2, 2021 - Occlusion ends
@ Mar 13, 2021 - Retrograde motion stops with comet above (and slightly to the right of) Orion's head
Note the there is a approximately 15 day pause in the retrograde of the comet here. Note Rev 8:1. A pause of about a half hour on a 7 year to 1 week (Daniel's 70th week) scale is approximately 15 days).
(There appears to be something odd with the software/webpage on the sky website for this range of dates. It could be causing the 15 day pause in retrograde. Can someone double-check?)
@ Mar 28, 2021 - Retrograde motion begins again from Orion's head out to the right arm
@ Oct 8, 2021 - Retrograde motion stops with the comet above Orion's right hand
@ Oct 15, 2021 - Retrograde motion begins again from the right hand out to Orion's head
@ Mar 3, 2022 - Retrograde motion stops with the comet above Orion's head
@ Mar 10, 2022 - Retrograde motion begins again from the head of Orion and the comet begins to pass beyond the 'club' part of Orion on or about Aug 20, 2022.
(Another software/webpage glitch seems to have frozen the movement from 3/10-4/5. Can someone verify?)
@ Oct 9, 2022 - Retrograde motion stops with the comet in the 'club' area of Orion.
@ Oct 16, 2022 - Retrograde motion begins again in the club of Orion
@ March 4, 2023 - Retrograde motion appears to stop through March 25. The comet stops between the right hand and head of Orion (closer to the head)
@ March 25, 2023 - retrograde motion begins again towards Orion's club
@ July 13, 2023 - the comet enters the club
@ Oct 8, 2023 - Retrograde motion stops with the comet outside the lines that make the club
@ Oct 15, 2023 - Retrograde motion begins again, with the comet moving back over the club
@ March 4, 2024 - Retrgrade motion appears to stop with the comet in roughly the same position as the previous year.
@ March 29, 2024 - Retrograde motion begins again with the comet moving from inside the club to outside the club
(It appears either the retrograde motion is stopping for longer periods, or there is a routine glitch in the software at this time of the year.)
@ Oct 3, 2024 - Retrograde motion stops with the comet outside the club
(Note there is a two week retrograde stoppage this time)
@ Oct 17, 2024 - Retrograde motion begins again with the comet outside the club moving back over inside the club
End of the Tribulation some time before the end of the year. Phase 2 Complete
Phase 3: Leaving Orion
@ Mar 5, 2025 - Retrograde motion appears to stop with the comet just inside the club
(Note the increased retrograde stop time)
@ Mar 28, 2025 - Retrograde motion begins again with the comet inside the club moving towards the outside of the club
@ Oct 3, 2025 - Retrograde motion stops with the comet outside the club
@ Oct 17, 2025 - Retrograde motion begins again with the comet outside the club
@ Mar 2, 2026 - Retrograde motion stops with the comet just inside the club of Orion
@ Mar 26, 2026 - Retrograde motion starts again with the comet moving outside of the club
@ Oct 6, 2026 - Retrograde motion stops with the comet outside the club
@ October 20, 2026 - Retrograde motion starts again. The comet moves back towards the club
@ Mar 4, 2027 - Retrograde motion stops. The Comet did not go past the club this time.
(note the duration of retrograde stopping. much shorter than before. The last 3 times may have been computer error.)
@ Mar 13, 2027 - Retrograde motion starts again, with the comet 'on' the club and moving outward, away from the club.
@ Oct 6, 2027 - Retrograde stops. The comet never crossed the club.
@ Oct 18, 2027 - Retrograde begins again, the comet moves outward away from the club
@ Mar 4, 2028 - Retrograde ends. The comet never crossed the line between the first two stars of the club.
@ Mar 28, 2028 - Retrograde motion begins.
At this point the comet will never cross the line constituting Orion's club again. So now I am checking to see when it will leave the Orion.
@ Oct 9, 2028 - Retrograde ends.
@ Oct 23, 2028 - Retrograde begins.
@ Mar 5, 2029 - Retrograde ends
@ Mar 26, 2029 - Retrograde begins
@ July 23, 2029 The comet moves out of Orion and into Gemini
@ Oct 6, 2029 - Retrograde ends
@ Oct 20, 2029 - Retrograde begins
@ Dec 13, 2029 The comet moves back into Orion from Gemini
@ Mar 2, 2030 - Retrograde ends
@ Mar 27, 2030 - Retrograde begins
@ July 8, 2030 The comet re-enters Gemini from Orion
@ Oct 6, 2030 - Retrograde ends
@ Oct 20, 2030 - Retrograde begins
@ Dec 29, 2030 The comet re-enters Orion from Gemini
@ March 4, 2031 - Retrograde ends
@ March 25, 2031 - Retrograde begins
@ June 23, 2031 The comet re-enters Gemini from Orion
@ Oct 5, 2031 - Retrograde ends
@ Oct 19, 2031 - Retrograde begins
@ Jan 14, 2032 The comet re-enters Orion from Gemini
At this point, watching the comet move from Orion to Gemini and noticing how the dates appear to be converging, I suspect that the comet will end up in Gemini in March/April 2035, at which time the retrograde would be imperceptible from earth.
Some additional notes:
1. Time of day that the data was taken was approximately noon, Jerusalem time.
2. During the spring through autumn, the comet is visible from Jerusalem in the timeframe described in #1. During the autumn through spring, the comet is visible on the opposite side of the world.
3. The retrograde comet motion stopped for longer periods of time (in each spring) consistently after March 2021. A programming glitch may have caused Trib dates from March 2021 onward to show longer stop times for the comet during its motion. There may be a significance to the retrograde motion stopping longer on some dates after 2020, than others if it wasn't a programming bug.
4. I noticed some crazy planetary movements and configurations in or near Taurus and Orion during the time frame I mapped above. It might be very interesting to see what is going on with the planets during the above timeline and overlay that with what is occuring with the comet. As an example, look at July 1, 2024: Mercury, Venus, the Sun, Mars, Jupiter, Uranus and the Moon all in a band in Taurus, above the comet.
5. Can anyone find the date where the comet is closest to the sun? There may be significance.
6. The year 2031 was chosen as the final year using two assumptions: a) the Rapture occurs in the Autumn of 2021, making the 7 year Tribulation end in Autumn 2024; and b) The option that the Gog-Magog war may be completed at the battle of Armageddon in 2024 and there is a 7 year cleanup: 2024+7 = 2031.
