The Revelation 12 Sign and Pentecost - CONNECTED!!!!!

Dennis I want you to be right! Convince me brother. 9/23 was written in the Bible but we didn't or haven't understood it accurately. 12/31 is not clearly written in any way I can see with your information. Admittedly I haven't read your 14 points yet

I have heard or read some say the the rev 12 sign is behind us now, its time to move on, or the further away we get from it and no rapture then it didnt mean anything. or perhaps wasn't the sign.  

2Pet 3:8,9  But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. 9 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

I am with Mike on the 12/31, just not sure, seems too secular a time.. we shall see!  

TOO SECULAR A TIME!! Oh thank you so much for the idea barbiosheepgirl. Because you said that I just thought that I think you mean the exact date of the end of the Gregorian Calendar right? I hope so because I am going off the idea that a December 31, 2017 date is too secular. But you didn't mean because the date was not on a Christian holiday like December 25? Is that what you mean? I hope not. I hope you really meant it was not on anything associated with the Jewish Calendar. I do actually address that point in my article but what I just thought of just now after reading your comment was the idea that Paul, the apostle to the gentiles, those pesky secular gentiles whose calendar now for the whole world ends on December 31, 2017, you know, barbiosheepgirl, I think it would honor the apostle Paul to have the occurrence of the harpadzo, occur on the end of a Pentecost count that once Paul was hurrying to be in Jerulsaem for at the end of one of his missionary journeys, and have it be in the "twinkling of an eye", that moment between the Gentile 2017 (the year of the GREAT RESURRECTION SIGN) and Gentile 2018. I would actually like that for Paul. I would stand and applaud in honor of how many gentiles are in attendance at the gathering before the Throne. But I know it would be too secular. Hah! I'm sorry that just cracked me up. I hope you have a sense of humor!

OK. I am editing an hour later because I thought of something else and there had been no response to what I said above so again, I am thinking again about the "secularity" of the date of the end of the Pentecost count not really being properly ... Jewish. I am so sorry barbiosheepgirl if I am wrong by what you meant by "secular"... I wish you would have responded so that this idea is not improperly generated in my mind. If it is don't you all understand why I was confused. But..."secular"...what does that mean now??? Is it that the date I have suggested...is not...Hebrew...enough? I mean at least it is a SUNDAY! That's the day of the week that 2 of the last 4 feasts of the Lord, moedim, divine appointments, started on. The Christian Church has been worshipping on Sunday for nearly 2,000 years.

At the actual INCEPTION of the Pentecost season in Acts 2 IT WAS ENTIRELY [UN] SECULAR WASNT IT?!?!?!? Hah! This should crack you up. Look barbiosheepgirl I am not trying to trip you up, it is just that I want an analysis of my points and I see some kind of interjection like "secular" because you think what? The date is a gentile date and not a jewish date? Yet, I see the date being HIGHLIGHTED BECAUSE OF THE SECULAR (GENTILE) ELEMENT..Here let me quote what went on at the inception of the Pentecost Season and that is why I am trying to get the Saints uncongealed, unsealed, and in one accord on this potential date...

Yeah!!! How about all those secular (gentile?) people there at Pentecost. God wasted a lot of verses naming them so you could be UN "secular". You are on the spot barbiosheepgirl, I am a gentile, are you suggesting that I am too secular? That the date at the end of my particular calendar, the last date of my calendar, by the way, the last date when most people in the world blow the flutes of pan and get drunk and dance and yell and sing some stupid song AULD LANG SYNE, and by the way the last date of the Jewish count, is too secular... AND THAT IT IS TOO SECULAR IS JUST HOW IMPORTANT IT IS. it is EXACTLY the moment you would not expect AND OUR LORD said it would be a time you would not expect...

BUT THAT IS NOT MY POINT. My point is that there is a count from the Revelation 12 sign that ends at Decmeber 31 THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY SECULAR CONCERN. Further, if you think Pentecost was only a Jewish concern you need to learn some things here. Again, I am sorry, I don't know exactly what you meant by "secular" and it could be that your explanation absolves me of all concern. We shall see.

God told us when the rapture might be if we would do what we are supposed to do when we receive a GREAT RESURRECTION SIGN?…We are supposed to count.

Why is Rev. 12:1,2 a GREAT RESURRECTION SIGN? Have you been studying it? That sign is incredible and all the other retrogrades and conjunctions around it make it even more so. The sign is about a new birth. Not just the birth of a human! The sign is a sign for the birth of resurrected Saints. It is a RESURRECTION SIGN. When Jesus walked from the tomb it was a RESURRECTION SIGN. What do you do when you have a resurrection sign? You count! And that according to Leviticus 23:15 and 16 is what we are doing.

We count from the Great Sign of Revelation 12 (even though for many on unsealed.org the sign is a GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT SIGN OF REVELATION 12) for the PENTECOST TERMINATION COUNT as follows:

Read the verses in Leviticus 23:15 & 16 and see if the count could be applicable

OH WAIT. First pray that the Holy Spirit of God would let you know what His Word says and means in this time...OK...now (did you actually do what you need to do first?) read these instructions from Moses...(seriously, right now, you do not think that Moses knows EXACTLY when your escape from Egypt will be? Really? You don't think he has discussed this with Jesus. You don't think he knows and is kind of stamping his feet in impatience because you won't accept it...Moses is used to that kind of ...what's the word?...I can't think of it... you know...an hour later I thought of it "resistance" Stop resisting it! Saints! You are the Church!)

15 And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete: 16 Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the LORD.

Apply those verses here because perhaps the Pentecost Season (continual expansion of the Church) will end at the end of this Biblical count:

50 The day of the end of the 50 day count - December 31, 2017

Please do not be concerned that the end of Pentecost count (Day 50) will not occur on the same day (Day 1) in Acts 2 that the beginning of Pentecost count started. It will end when the church is COMPLETE ON DAY 50. That’s why Pentecost, in Acts 2 started on DAY 1. Day 1 was the beginning of the Church. Day 50 is the completion of the Church, now READY FOR HARVEST.

BECAUSE THERE WAS A GREAT RESURRECTION SIGN!

I love this idea of the "secularity" or unsecularity of Pentecost. I think I will add this idea to one of my points in my "14 Reasons Why Watchers Should Pay Attention To December 31, 2017"

I saw this the same way you did at first sesquipedalian ... why is this guy putting so much energy into this? It's annoying that it is dominating every thread. But the answer? Because he really believes it, and for that reason I think we ought to at least consider it. I don't think it is completely a sand argument, even though I agree that the conversation should perhaps be moved to one thread. There is potentially something here, something that can be validated in Acts and Exodus. Bullinger's Lexicon says it is possible to interpret the verse the way Dennis suggests, and we can look for ourselves in Acts and Exodus to see if Pentecost should actually be in the 4th month. Is Dennis overly excited? Perhaps But it could be that he's excited because there is something to be excited about! 

If people are discouraged if this day should pass by uneventfully, that will be unfortunate. But I quote Gary in his Shemini Atzeret post: 

"Regarding date-setting I just want to say this: I am looking for the Blessed Hope and I will not stop looking until I find it. I've been looking for 16 years. I've thought many dates in the past were "it" and clearly I was wrong, but that won't dissuade me and it shouldn't dissuade you either. We have speculated on dates before. Was it wrong to speculate then? If not, is it wrong to speculate now?

I certainly agree we could use some excitement! I have been thankful for a new avenue of study. But I temper that by rebuking myself that I should always have reason to be excited  And I don't know it's true to say that you over posted. That was my wrong interpretation in the beginning. I see now that you're just excited and wanting people to look at this with you.
