From my understanding since we are 100+ years from 1917 which makes 2018 a significant year. With so much to happen what is the next event? The Harpazo? Mainly the revealing of the Sons of God? I know His kingdom is coming. All of creation is groaning through natural weather phenomena and Babylon is reaking havoc amongst the nations. I'm just curious if God is going to gradually bring in His kingdom or start with a "shock & awe" campaign. I feel the Lord opening things up to me in the book of The Revelation, but I need about 40 hours of free time and I have not had the opportunity to take it. Once I get this chance, it may revise my opinion a bit. But from my current understanding, I believe the next major events to take place are: 1. The sealing of the barley - but this might not be known to anyone - including the barley - truly, this may already be taking place (Rev 7:1-3) 2. Major shaking - could be spiritual, financial, physical earthquake, etc. (Hag. 2:6,7, Rev. 6:12) 3. The formal divorce - the destruction of Jerusalem (Jer. 19:11, Isa. 29, Mal. 1:4, Isa. 34.5, Matt. 21:43) 4. I assume #3 will be accompanied by the destruction of Damascus (Isa. 17:1). 5. The spirit/man of lawlessness revealed (2 Thes. 2) 6. The Shepherds fall / the flocks scatter (Zech. 11) I'd like to spend some more time in prayer before committing beyond item 6. It could be that #2 and #3 are connected. Also, there may be significant events involved in step 5, that I have not listed. I need more leading from the Father before I submit more on this schedule to the forum. For those concerned about the chronology of some of this - I do not see The Revelation as chronological from start to finish. I think we have talked about this previously.

Act 8:39 When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord snatched Philip away; and the eunuch no longer saw him, but went on his way rejoicing. Act 8:40 But Philip found himself at Azotus, and as he passed through he kept preaching the gospel to all the cities until he came to Caesarea. When you read something and think the Bible had "science fiction" way before science fictions existed. Not that I am saying anything about the Bible is fiction at all. I am simply referring to the teleportation that was just described in those verses lol. Now onto the real question, I see what you are saying about the part where we are changed from flesh to spiritual in an instant/twinkling of an eye/moment on an atomic level. Maybe that is why so many who have rapture dreams describe a swift pulling away or movement upwards that is sudden. My question is, what about Elijah, Enoch, and even Jesus ascension and taking away? All were taken somewhere and in an upward direction? I do not disagree on the Heaven is all around us. There are too many stories and descriptions in the Bible of that being very much so. Recent scientific discoveries and understanding of the other dimensions, how they play a continuous role in our 3D dimension, and that we are literally a projection confirms that even more imo. Where they just changed to their spiritual body? Just something I thought about. Good question, cwood85. There are some distinctions to make here. Enoch and Elijah were taken in their physical bodies. It is unspoken as to whether or not they were "translated" into their spiritual bodies at some point. We really don't know - did they just go somewhere else to be changed? Did they change? Jesus had already changed early on Sunday morning. So he also was not translated when the disciples watched him ascend. The only recorded harpazo that was witnessed by someone - was Philip - and he just disappeared and reappeared somewhere else. Really, Jesus' ascension was completely a marketing gimmick. I mean, think about it - He was already coming and going as He pleased. Appearing, disappearing. The ascension was for our sake - not His. It was to help us understand His return possibly. But, to be clear, I am not saying that we will change and then stay right where we are. I do believe we will be changed - and then meet Christ in the air - and then go to the place where we all are gathered. So we will likely go up at least a little ways. My point is that were are not meeting Christ somewhere else - outside of earth - we are staying on/at earth. We are not going to heaven and then hanging out. I do believe there will be a slight "hangout" as we join the dead, join with Jesus, and then are presented as a complete anointed body to the Father. But I think we are talking about less then a couple weeks here. Then we get to work! And what glorious work it will be. As the people look upon us, they will see Him! At that point, greater things then He had done, we will do. We will be able to see within people and heal them. Not just their physical ailments, but their spiritual ones as well. The kingdom will expand quickly with the greatest outpouring of the Spirit in all history! I cannot wait to meet Him in the air 💕☝️ And learn His will of me.

I am not afraid, Lord, for I have FULL FAITH...yet it would sure be handy to have some extra-spiritual "powers" at hand to comfort or guide others...
I tried to explain to my elder girls that there is a possibility of seeing the destruction of Jerusalem. That we really need to understand and consider what Sk is putting forth in the event things unfold not the way it was portrayed in a book series or by modern day evangelicals...

I second that as I plan on talking to my mom and my aunt regarding some of this information over the weekend, mainly to see what their mindset is. I will be praying extra hard as well for patience and being guided by the Holy Spirit. My mom tends to get caught up in the flat earth stuff instead of the point of what is being discussed and then I give up. Sorry if that offends anyone about flat earth.

CW, What is the flat earth stuff? Basically, there are people that seriously believe the earth is flat. Some are Christians and they believe the bible teaches this. I'm not an expert on this and may have some of the following wrong, but from what I have read... - The earth is flat
- The "heavens" are a canopy...like a half sphere dome over the earth
- Somehow the sun and Moon are objects in/on the canopy and go around and around in a circle to give us day/night...not spherical either
- I think Stars are explained as holes in the canopy...not sure
- NASA pictures showing the curvature of the earth are faked. Somehow they explain away the moon phases (curving shadow of the earth), etc.
Delusional! (sorry flat earthers)

Warning: This is a light hearted post - don't treat it too seriously! I just have to say, I can't believe that none of you commented on my, "Jesus takes the sword out of His mouth", joke. I thought it was funny! This is such a tough crowd Maybe you all thought it went a little too far? I love Jesus. I think He is awesome! I am struck, to the core, by His pure magnificence - but I talk to Him every day. I can't help but get intimate with Him - and He has a sense of humor! I also like to poke a bit of fun at the people who pretend that they take scripture narratively literal, but really only do so when it backs up their position. Still - that was funny - right?

Sorry I don’t comment much, but if I did, that was one I really enjoyed. I seriously busted out laughing on that one. I stopped reading just to tell it to my fiancé. It truly was hilarious, and I’m not just patronizing you. I love humor like that, especially so when it’s mixed in so well with hard research or topics like this. Helps alleviate the heaviness of the matters. so thanks! Keep at it and know that it was well received and much appreciated.

I was just going to go back and tell mother about this statement with Jesus riding up to us on his horse and give us physical land...in the conversations with the gals, there was comments that the land of physical Israel (canaan) belongs to God and something or another. I wanted to find the sword out of the mouth comment by you Sk to show them...I laughed and then I have been so serious in what I am taking in...
thanks for lifting up the mood!
