Modern Day PerspectiveWe’ve covered enough of the history and purpose of the Kingdom of God for us to have a basic understanding of what is taking place in the earth. I want to set up the posts I will do on Eze 44 and Zech 11.
In Daniel 7 we have 4 beasts coming up out of the sea and in Revelation 13, we have 1 beast coming out of the sea. These are the same thing. They also match the kingdoms mentioned in Daniel 2.

To be clear - the beast of the sea is the combination of the 4 beasts from Daniel . Now, we can see that the first beast, which I will call the sea beast has 7 heads, these are the heads of the lion(1), the bear(1), the leopard(4), and the 4th beast(1). The sea beast represents the physical kingdoms that owned the kingship mandate. We also have the second beast, which I will call the land beast, which represents the papacy / muslim split ownership of the mandate. This is why this beast has two horns like a lamb - because they are religions posing as righteousness. Looking like a lamb, they sound like the dragon. They don’t have the military might of the other beasts, but they use the other beasts to accomplish their goals.
The whole package is mystery Babylon. The great whore has the seal of this false kingdom in her forehead. And indeed, has become one flesh with the kingdoms of this world through her fornications. We should keep in mind that Babylon is not just one thing. Babylon is a system. It has governmental, military, economic, and religious elements to it. It is not sham system. It is a state of the art, finely tuned machine that enslaves everyone it can.
The mandates were first applied in 607 BC. In 1914, the earthly kingdoms had run their alloted time, accept that Greece had not been given her full portion due to Judah becoming independent from 163-63 BC. And so the mandate stayed in the hands of the beast kingdoms for 100 more years. But Greece was no longer in a position to rule the world, and so kingdom 7 combined with Mystery Babylon, ruled for the next 100 years. In 1914, the worlds economic systems began to change as the Federal Reserve was created. In 604 BC, Babylon’s siege was successful and victory was completed. The rest of Judah was brought into captivity. 2520 years later, in 1917, Britain took over Judah. But the system had changed from Kingdom orientation to religious orientation as the muslims and Christians continued to split authority as the iron and clay could never quite mingle.
In the last century we have seen the International Monetary fund come into existence, the league of nations, the United nations, the European Union, etc. Little by little, we became enslaved by the Babylonian system. Then, on May 14, 1948, David Ben-Gurion stated these words to a crowd in Tel Aviv, “We hereby proclaim the establishment of the Jewish state in Palestine, to be called Israel”. Britain had pulled its troops out the day before, and immediately, nations surrounding this new state of Israel, began their assault. You see - the mandate still belonged to the papacy and the muslims.
By claiming the name of Israel, something unpredictable happened - unless you understood the kingdom history - the papacy and most of the protestant daughters of the catholic church proclaimed this as the fulfillment of many prophecies relating to Israel. But, as we have shown, this was not Israel - this was neither physical nor spiritual Israel. The muslims focused on the military fight, and the churches focused on the religious fight. The two horns of the lamb. And guess what, they overcame the saints - many of whom are fully indoctrinated into "worshipping" Israel. Of course they love Jesus and would never think that they are putting Him down in their joy over Israel. They have scores of scriptures showing how God will proclaim Israel! And Israel has the whole, David and Goliath, thing going for them. And, to be honest, they have been treated horribly by the world - accept for the USA. But, we are not allowed to say a word against Israel. And little by little we have even changed our criteria for salvation, when it comes to the Jews.
Many prophecy teachers believe and teach that God will bless a temple in modern Israel that is performing sacrifices according to Jewish law. Have they ever stopped to think, "How could God bless that?" How can they support such a concept?
We are now at 2018, and we have seen for the last couple years, the kingdoms of man are crumbling around us. In Britain, we saw Brexit. In the USA, we saw an historically amazing election. Historic fires. Historic Hurricanes. Historic heat. Historic cold. The rise and potential fall of Isis. The time is short, and Babylon is fighting back. Nuclear threats from various places. The rise of the BRICS financial system - which is against Babylon. There is a battle going on right now! It is both a heavenly and an earthly battle. Events like the election of President Trump are not just because. It is God who sets up and tears down kings. Babylon is broiling as she sees her time is short. Technically, she is overdue.
It is time for the kingdom to be given over to the saints of the Most High God. The birthing of Emmanuel, which was heralded in the sky last September, is upon us. My perception of the tribulation is considerably different than the traditional view. And therefore the whole concept of pre-trib, pre-wrath, post-trib is meaningless to me. None of them are correct. The concept of placing the rapture within a “tribulation” timeframe is incorrect. There will be a barley resurrection coming soon and with that resurrection, those that are alive and remain will be changed and “raptured.” But it is a rapture to service, not to sit in heaven. Later, 1000 years later, there will be another resurrection, where all remaining dead will rise. Some, to a resurrection of judgment. Others to a resurrection of life.
Letting the distant resurrection lie for awhile, let us come back to now and the soon approaching first resurrection. Before that resurrection can occur, there are somethings that must happen - I recently posted the exposition on 2 Thes. 2.
We know that the apostasy must occur and the man of lawlessness be revealed. Part of the apostasy has occurred, as we stated, it is the rejection of Christ as the King, and the rejection of His temple within us, and the rejection of our bodies as the “land” to be inherited. But even more, the apostasy is the serving of the divorce via the destruction of Jerusalem.
This act will reveal the man of lawlessness - the one who sits within many of us and proclaims himself as God - dishonoring the temple of God and blaspheming the true Sacrifice with talk of restoring a piece of dirt and building a stone temple and starting animal sacrifices. Anathema! May it never be!
Our gathering together to Christ cannot occur until these things occur. But Paul did not say, it would occur immediately after these things. Just that it couldn’t occur prior to these things. And so we will find that once these events have happened, the churches will be exposed, naked. Their veils will have been torn. Their pastors, teachers, and priests will have lost authority. They will have been revealed.
This is where Zech 11 comes in.
And the battle will grow fierce during these days. And some may call that a tribulation, but we will be sealed with the name of Jesus - some of us onto a glorious life - others to a glorious death. And the struggle will not only be against the enemy, but against our own family and friends. We will see a distinct separation between spiritual Judah and spiritual Israel. And then, it will happen, the Lord will descend with a shout of the archangel, the trumpet will sound, the dead will rise! I think there will be two week delay, but that is not important - then those who are alive and remain will be changed in our atoms and be joined with the risen dead. Then, in the midsts of the week we will be joined by Christ and, on the last great day - be presented as Sons of God with Christ our head, the Anointed of God.
This is where Eze. 44 will kick in.
