tennessean , Unfortunately I don't have the azithromycin but I have vitamin d and a little bit of gummy zinc. The doctor I spoke to sent a prescription for Ivermecting IVERMECTIN[?] to the pharmacy but I feel like it won't get here soon enough.

Thank you yardstick . I spoke to a doctor last night who encouraged me to take the hydrochloquine. I took it last night. I don't feel any different but it probably takes more than one dose. I had body aches yesterday but they seem to have gone away. All I have now is a fever and a headache. I have one of those finger oxygen checkers and my oxygen has been okay but it seems funny today. I'll try the cold bath to see if that will bring my temp down. Did you have any breathing problems? I had no breathing problems. As I mentioned, I believe I had a very mild case. One thing that I believe should be pointed out, but that I forgot to, is that I believe it is a strong immune system that is the key. The rest is Grandma 101, where it was well known that you cannot prevent a virus by way of innoculation, but you can treat the symptoms to mitigate the stress on the body. It is the stress on the body that kills you, not the virus. This is what your momma and grandma did when you got the flu as a kid: soda crackers and ginger ale or 7-up., aspirin or tylenol (unless you were throwing up) to help with the fever. Lots of bed rest and quiet time (remember how bored you were?) p.s.: do you mean hydroxycholoroquine? |

Azythromycin (if memory serves) can be found in pre-shredded cheese in the grocery store. It is a mold inhibitor. Either that or Natamycin. Check and see. I could be mistaken. |

Lisa, just a few things. You mentioned Hydrocloroquine, but I think you mean Hydroxycloroquine, amiright.? We have two friends who got Covid and the one was in the Hospital and they both took Hydroxycloroquine and improved quickly.
Also, my wife and mom work at a natural/ herbal health clinic and the Vit D that is the most effective for Covid is Vit D3. Available at Any health food store, GNC and I think even Target.
Also garlic is a proven food which is very high in antioxidants. 1 Clove minced garlic in chicken bouillon or bone broth and drink the minced garlic pieces.

disciple4life, I'm taking Hydroxychloroquine. I was afraid I might have gotten it too late to be any good. I read somewhere that its only good if you get it early and by the time I got it I could already feel covid in my chest. I feel better today except for the breathing, although I have a feeling that if I didn't have the oxygen meter I probably wouldn't notice anything was wrong with my breathing. I'm still running a slight fever but it's not as high as it was yesterday. I'm going to try to increase my vit d to 10,000 and see if that helps. I wish I had some regular zinc. All I have is gummies and I'm not sure if it's as strong.

lisa 50mg twice a day and do the Vit D in 5000 IU twice a day too. Keep moving around to avoid any pneuma type issues yardstick-the scripture was from the Lord bro. I am not that creative to think that I could find a verse to make you feel better. Funny thing is...I just went through my texts to find the passage and the text isnt there anymore. I got a new phone a few days ago so maybe in the transfer it got wiped. When I was praying for you I heard very specific words and looked them, put it in the message and sent it to you. I cant even remember the passage anymore

I think my breathing is actually okay. I spent yesterday laying down watching movies and every time I checked it was 94/93 so I started to get worried but I've since read that it can drop during sleep or when laying down. I've been sitting up all morning and it's registering 96/97 now. mike, I'll up my vitamin dosage so hopefully this will be gone soon. |

Hi. Just saw this conversation with regards to zinc, and thought I’d add, as per researching the topic myself.. Zinc has a difficult time getting thru the cell walls where it needs to go, to inhibit the enzyme of virus reproducing within those cells Eg. in the lungs... There has been a fair amount of research about the flavonoid called Quercetin (you can obtain from most any health food store ..) This acts as a “zinc ionophore”’, similar to HCQ; but it’s not a drug and you don’t need a prescription. So, it’s theorized it greatly assists zinc access into a cell and concentration levels... Moreover, quercetin has its own antiviral properties..
I believe is best taken at a separate time from the zinc, so they don’t bind to each other. Please do your own research though, to confirm which forms of these nutrients are best, and also the optimal dosing.
