Truthfully, I have not said anything to my pastor so I don't know where he stands. I do know that our church teaches about the rapture, the tribulation, the Millennial kingdom, and that we are in the last of the last days, but I haven't talked to anyone about the sign. Although I did make a post on facebook about it a week ago. I didn't get much response. ETA: We haven't been at this church very long is why I guess I have been hesitant to bring it up. "Pastor (perhaps an elder/leader instead) I know I havent been here long so I do not know how you view certain things as they pertain to prophesy. Recently I have been studying in Revelation chapter 12" see if the person has a reaction or not before you proceed. Read the body language. then explain Genesis 1:14 - On the fourth day " 14 Then God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs and for seasons and for days and years"Then explain the upcoming the September 23 alignment at the 40,000 feet level. See how they react. Don't ram the whole thing in there in one shot. Just my suggested approach Thanks. I do know that a couple of weeks ago he mentioned that he really enjoys astronomy. So, I've thought of approaching it in that direction.

Oh thats good then Natalie. Maybe even start the conversation with the eclipse! Ask his thoughts, Does he think its a warning?...share a little of what we put out there. I recently found that false prophet Muhammed (Islam) had a son (18 months old?) who died on the exact day of a solar eclipse in Jan 27, 632, the Muhammed died 6 months later. He also had a daughter die August the same year. I posted this in the "Signs in the ..." section (cant remember which one)

EDIT - I hate to say it like this, but feel its necessary sometimes. If we are in the 'last of the last days' and the sign truly means something, like it could actually be our last day on earth, why dont we act like it!? I dont know how Noah felt, but he did what he was told to do as those around him "ate & drank, married and were given in marriage" ignoring the warning, but I am starting to see the parallel more and more. I don't mean to hijack the church thread, but what Mike stated really resonated with me. I was working with my brother yesterday and he was going on (to another) about being Agnostic and not being able to believe in a God that doesn't show signs of his existence. My brother has always liked to push me into arguments, so I chose to stay out of it as I had previously sent him links to articles on the Unsealed page, about the signs, etc. It really does feel that we are like Noah. I try to share with my family or with my friends at my church and nobody takes me seriously at all. It is like they all have blinders on and are unwilling to admit that the world events of 2017 and not the same as the world events of any year leading up until now. We have been progressively getting worse and worse as a society, with no base morality to guide us. Are the delusions already starting? I know we haven't seen the appearance of the AC yet, but if you've ever played the game telephone, the message isn't garbled at first. It is only as you go on and on , from person to person, that by the time you reach the last person, the message isn't the same at all. That is how the stong delusions may start- as weak delusions, a little "They can't set a date and that sounds like a date", "God shows us no signs", "It's been so long since the scripture was written- it really doesn't apply to us today in that manner". As you start hearing numerous examples of people spreading incorrects, they start to seep in. What is truth now? We hear of "fake news" and basically that if you don't agree with someone, they are the one that is wrong. I think as much as we hope and pray that this doesn't seep into our collective Christian culture, I think there is cracks and what was once a small drip, is now flooding our Churches with delusions, causing most to question what they even believe in. (actually, to not question, but go along with the flow, as questioning would be an action taken and nobody is taking any action) We are drowning and although their are many lifeboats, no one is bothering to climb in as they would rather swim. My pastor is on vacation until the 15, so I am unable to talk with him for another week. We had a wonderful speaker come a couple of weeks ago and preach on the churches of Revelation, and I have spoken to my pastor about the Apostasy, but I can't say that him, or our board of Elders know about Sept 23. I know God placed me (this spring) in working in my church for a reason, I didn't realize how hard my job would actually be.

You can add Pastor Mark Biltz' church, El Shaddai Ministries, to the list. Their website mentions they meet at Pacific Christian Center, 3211 – 112th St. E, Tacoma, WA. Here is a link to their information about services.

This preacher is on the fence as far as the Sign, he doesn't deny it but he admits he hasn't looked at it either:
That is a decent study where he points out some parallels between Acts 19 and Revelation.

I skipped ahead to the end, but may go back when I have more time to listen to the rest. I really like that he tells them to download the software and check it out. He seems very interested, but cautious.

Yep, I can second Whatif. It looks like both Begley and Biltz are onboard with REV12 now:
I know Biltz has a church and I think Begley does, too.

So I have question related to this thread. We seem to have come up with only a handful of churches that at the very least are not antagonistic to the Revelation 12 sign, and fewer yet that actively embrace its significance. Do you think this is indicative of how relatively few churches across our nation actually know about and embrace the prophetic significance of this sign? If you had to guess, are we talking like 1% of churches across America?
If we are truly looking at Daniel's 70th week bearing down on us in just a few weeks, how many churches across the country will be preaching this Sunday about your best life now, or God returning your offering 100 times, or how you can create a whole new reality by just speaking it into existence, even as judgment presses ever closer? What a sobering, sobering thought. If these really are the last of the last days for us, as I believe most on this site believe, then may God help us to us them wisely, fruitfully, and for His glory, in Yeshua's mighty Name.

I'm not sure how to go about finding churches for this thread. I tried an internet search and then looked through videos for churches and not just individuals. I found one. I wasn't sure what to search for though.
About a week ago, I posted on my facebook page about the sign. Out of 177 friends, I had 4 likes, and one of those was from my husband. I had no comments, but I PM'd one lady to ask if she had heard of it (she's one I know is a fellow watcher). Are people not interested? Of course some of my friends may not get on facebook frequently and may have missed it, but I have quite a few that are actively posting every day and none of them made a comment. Maybe I need to post more frequently. It's something that has been on my heart lately.

Wow. It is saddening. I keep hoping more churches will be added.

I wonder how many people accept the sign and are watching even though their churches may not mention it? I know a couple of people who are watching and are now aware of the sign, but I can almost guarantee that their preacher will not teach on it. He doesn't understand Revelation, probably never really studied it, and got Matt 24 wrong when he preached on it.

There don't seem to be many good shepherds left in American churches. There are still some, but they are few and far between. The comfort of the world has overcome a desire to be with Christ, imho.

Last night I posted on Facebook that it was a beautiful night and how fun Stellarium is --that I saw Saturn, Jupiter, the Chinese space station and a couple of meteors. This morning I had a quick conversation with my pastor who had read my post. Then after church he asked me if I had a telescope, and I mentioned that I wished I lived outside of town. He said that he only has binoculars, and that he has been trying to learn the constellations. I think he thought it was cool that someone else likes astronomy. So, I feel that the door has been opened for more conversation. He's one of the good shepherds. He really wants the church to be the church, ministering and loving each other, standing on the Word of God as our source of truth and direction for our lives and church body. I've been blessed in the short time we have been there.
