I am anything but comfortable making a statement like, "I think the Lord just might have shown me a possible end times timeline." That said, I would nonetheless like to share the following article I just finished documenting something that happened to me yesterday. I would be interested in any scripturally based feedback from the community here at Unsealed and appreciate the opportunity to share this among like-minded people who will not immediately classify me as a loon for having expressed such thoughts. Here is the article:
To the extent that there is any truth in the timeline I am about to try to effectively communicate in this article, all praise, honor and glory belong to the Lord Jesus Christ!!! In addition, I want to give credit at the start to fellow online watchers Cornelius Jones (YouTube), Steve at heavenlysign2017.com, and Daniel Matson at watchfortheday.org. The fact that I am sitting down attempting to document what transpired still blows my mind. I know this runs a bit long, but I think you will be blessed and encouraged if you hang in there with me to the end. I would also value your thoughts as to the validity of this content when measured against the Word, which is ultimately always our final yardstick in measuring truth.
Let me start by saying I am a bit of a skeptic with the whole numbers thing, as I have seen some people, in my opinion, go way overboard with it to the point it appears to border on the absurd. A new friend of mind recently illustrated my point when he agreed with my general caution about numbers and offered the illustration that a cupcake with 50 sprinkles does not necessarily equate to a confirmation of this being a Jubilee year. I think you get my drift. However, I must quickly add that while I do think we can easily get too caught up in looking for numeric confirmations around every corner, I also recognize that God has, can, and frequently does use numbers to both communicate and confirm aspects of His truth. He is, after all, the master Mathematician of all mathematicians. My point in bringing this up at the start of this story is simply to convey to you that I am not one given over to what I might call “excessive numerology”. With that contextual clarification, let me move to some details.
On Friday morning, September 8th, I was on my way out the door to work at my usual time just after 6 AM. It happened to be my birthday that morning, my 57th birthday. (Hang with me. I promise this is NOT about me and my birthday!) Now, I had given virtually no thought to the significance of which birthday I would be celebrating this year. Until, that is, I got ready to leave. At that moment, the Lord did something that is hard for me to precisely describe. It is not like I saw an open vision of the number 57 or even saw a picture of those figures with my mind’s eye. Yet, somehow the Lord caused me to view the number 57 differently than I had up to that point. All of the sudden, a light came on and I connected the dots between this currently being the Jewish year 5777 and it being my 57th birthday. Hmmmm, I thought to myself, that is kind of cool. I mentioned it to my wife before I walked out. In the Hebrew year where the age of grace is about to be perfectly completed, I was celebrating my 57th birthday. I enjoyed the moment with that feeling I suspect you can relate to where as believers we sense the Lord has shone His light on some small aspect of our life, however relatively inconsequential it might seem in the grander scheme of things. I assumed that the Lord was merely showing me something of personal interest related to my birthday being in synch with the end of the age of grace. Turns out, I severely underestimated the content of what He was ultimately attempting to make me aware of.
Contented with the birthday revelation I had received from the Lord, I headed for the car and decided I would turn on a YouTube video to listen to on my drive in to work. I ended up choosing a new video by a guy I have recently found on the internet. His name is Cornelius Jones and some of you may be familiar with him. I enjoy his teaching and his spirit. Well, Cornelius started preaching a message about whether the day counts in the book of Daniel might possibly support the idea of a rapture on the day of the great sign from Revelation 12, 9/23/17. In the context of explaining his understanding and theory, he started talking about a 57-day gap as a pattern of dispensational transition. Whoa, I thought to myself. After just having had the Lord personally highlight the number 57 to me as described above, Cornelius, and the Lord, had my attention.
Cornelius gave credit to Steve at Heavenly Sign 2017 for at least a portion of his timeline, although he also seemed to be indicating that the timeline he was describing deviated from Steve’s a bit. (I am not well-versed with all the specifics of Steve’s, so I am not sure which part came from Steve and which was from Cornelius.) Cornelius talked about a 57-day transitional gap of time between the end of the dispensation of the law on Palm Sunday to the start of the age of grace at the Pentecost conception of the Church. Daniel’s 69th week ended on Palm Sunday, when Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey precisely 69 weeks of years (69 x 7 x 360 = 173,880 days after the decree to rebuild Jerusalem). Seven days later, after His crucifixion, burial and ultimate resurrection on the following Sunday of First Fruits, the 50-day count to Pentecost began. So, adding the 7 days between Palm Sunday and Resurrection Sunday on First fruits, plus the 50 days to Pentecost, you get the pattern of a 57-day transitional gap from the dispensation of the law to the dispensation of grace. You count Palm Sunday as day 1 all the way to Pentecost Sunday as day 57, with Pentecost Sunday then also serving as the first day of the dispensation of grace. Hang on to this 57-day template, as we are definitely coming back to it very soon.
Now, let’s assume, for the sake of this article and the timeline I believe the Lord showed me through these other watchers, that the rapture of the Church is going to take place on the Feast of Trumpets in 2017, with the Lord then physically returning to earth to split the Mount of Olives on Yom Kippur in 2024 (10/12/24).
Let me take a quick parenthetical detour to offer my thoughts on the timing of the Feast of Trumpets for 2017. I personally believe that the Feast of Trumpets will fall directly on 9/23 this year, for the following reasons.
• 0% of the new moon is visible on the night of 9/20, which means there is absolutely no chance for anyone to see the first crescent with the naked eye on that night
• Only 2% will be visible on the night of 9/21, which makes it still highly unlikely that the first crescent would be visible to the naked eye
• 6% should be visible by the night of 9/22, which would be the beginning of the Sabbath on 9/23 in Israel. From the perspective of the percentage of moon visible, this seems like the night to me.
• I personally think it just makes sense that the Lord would cause the Feast of Trumpets to land on the day of the great sign from Revelation 12 if that is the day He has ordained to rapture His Bride (He has executed everything else related to the first four feasts with astounding and incomparable precision, so why would we expect Him to be any different now?)
OK, back to the timeline. So we have 10/12/24, the Day of Atonement, as the expected date of Jesus’ second coming to earth. We would then assume that the 70th week of Daniel would begin 2520 days earlier (1260 + 1260). When you subtract 2520 days from 10/12/24, you arrive at 11/19/17 (keep in mind since 10/12/24 is considered the 2520th day, you would actually subtract 2519 days to get to 11/19/17, just in case you are checking on a date calculator). So, if the pattern of a 57-day dispensational gap is going to hold, we need to see what happens when we subtract 57 days from 11/19/17. Drum roll please…September 23rd!!!
So, here it is. If you start with 9/23/17 as the rapture date, and add 57 days for the dispensational transition, that brings you to the start of the Daniel’s 70th week on 11/19/17. We would obviously be gone, but I would expect a 7-year covenant to be confirmed on that day by an Antichrist who would have already been at work without the influence of the Restrainer (Holy Spirit in the Body of Christ) for 57 days. Then, counting 11/19/17 as day one of Daniel’s 70th week, add 2519 days (1260 + 1260 -1= 2519) to arrive at 10/12/24 as the Yom Kippur date of the Second Coming. Wow!!! It seems to fit perfectly.
Oh, and just in case that was not enough, the dispensational shift from Daniel’s 70th week over to the millennial reign appears to be a period of time that has the numbers 5 and 7 involved as well. Only this time, instead of 57 days, it appears to be 75 days--as in, the 75 days between the 1260 and 1335 days. And those 75 days from Yom Kippur on October 12th take you to December 26, 2024, which just happens to be the first day of Chanukah…a perfect time for dedicating a millennial Temple!!!
And then, after being amazed by all of this, I received one final confirmation from the Lord. After some communication with Brad at the Rev 12 Daily blog about what I was understanding, he ran this past Daniel Matson at Watch for the Day. Turns out Daniel wrote an article about this timeline over three years back on June 24, 2014! He had already come to this conclusion several years ago! While my understanding and Daniel’s article may differ by a day or two on when we expect the Feast of Trumpets to fall in 2017, the core of the timeline lines up exactly the same. Here is a copy and paste of a concluding paragraph from that article written back in 2014:
“The conclusion on this website is that it looks like the Rapture will occur on the Feast of Trumpets 2017, which would be on September 21. This day is sandwiched between the sign involving the Great Pyramid and Revelation 12. If the Tribulation ends on the Day of Atonement 2024, then 2,520 back from that day is November 19, 2017. The sign of Revelation 12 then comes 57 days before the Tribulation. This gap matches the gap between the end of Daniel’s 69 weeks on Palm Sunday and the beginning of the Church on Pentecost.”
If I did even a mediocre job of communicating what the Lord showed me through all of this, you will be astounded at what I just shared. Is it possible that the Lord has revealed His timeline to us? This seems to fit perfectly. I was not looking to solve a timeline puzzle today. The Lord just put 57 in my mind, then led me to a YouTube video that taught about a 57-day gap, and then ultimately connected the dots for me using other watchmen who had apparently already arrived at the conclusion that they helped me to arrive at today. I am just amazed! More than ever before, it seems to me like there is an extremely likely chance we are going home on 9/23. I could be wrong and God is not obligated to do so, but it sure seems like He is doing nothing without first revealing it to His servants. Maranatha, Lord Yeshua!!!
Edit: I just noticed that my status on this posting board has recently changed to "Prophecy Nut". Given the content of this post, we can only hope that this recently achieved designation does not prove to be prophetic in itself...LOL
