One more point to all of you - I am not quitting the Restoration thread - there is much more we could discuss. So much we didn't cover. And even things that I said we would come back to that we still haven't.
However, I sensed that it was time to let people catch up and tell me what they need instead of me force feeding what I think they need.
If we have people on the edge - or still considering - or still praying: We should get those things dealt with. If there are doubts, we should handle the areas that concern us. Get what I mean?
I just don't know what those areas are for each of you - because we are not sitting in a room together.
I am here to serve you!

Downloadable PDF - (EDIT: Link has been disabled in order to point you to the second edition - which is a couple of posts down from this one.)
All, I have created a pdf that you can download. It is the content of the thread, without all the extra stuff.
One thing that I missed was all the bolding that I did within the included scriptures. In other words, where I normally was bolding the part that was of interest, now the verse is as it was in the bible, without the bold.
I may come back and still do that - but wanted to at least get you the pdf copy today. You will just have to read the verses closer than you otherwise would have.
Enjoy!
SK
p.s. I assume that BSG will still be posting her version as well - which has more dialogue that I took out of mine.

cant wait to read through the whole thing again! I've sent it along to family who have been indoctrinated in ET as was I...I still want to digest the content again and understand things better. On my way to work today one of favorite verses (which isnt even a verse):
Hab 3:2 "O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy."
and another shortly after was brought to mind! Jam 2:3 "For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment. "

I am quite interested in the escatology/restoration connection. However I do agree that may present concerns for some, so perhaps it waits until the time is better suited. As we watch what happens in the middle East I continue to ponder how these are all connected. Brother - the current events are something that I desperately need to cover. We are about to become very confused. And I would like to have some shepherds prepared when that time comes. So we do need to cover the eschatology connections and we do need to talk about Hagar and what is happening in the world today. I'm will likely start a different thread for this. I don't want Restoration clouded by the next level of revealing that I need to do. It is odd - there are certain things people can let go of - other's not so much. My next move will require us to let go of some very deep seated ideas in our mind. But, I believe we need to and am just waiting on the Lord to push me over the edge. SK No reason to "leave us hangin'", so maybe we should "push you over the edge" I am aware of the Ishmael connection but not necessarily Hagar

Downloadable PDF - a better heaven (v2)All, I have created a new pdf that you can download. Slightly cleaner than the last version. One note, some of you have asked about the name - a better heaven. That just came to me to throw on the document. I have not signed my name to the document. It is not copyrighted. I have no problem with anyone distributing it, copying it, etc. It is not mine - it is yours. May His Name be Lifted High through the spreading of the Gospel of Peace! (I have removed the link to the older version)

and for the record, lets let that be the pdf. I do have my stuff, but it has the typos. It may be better as far as sharing the material, to use Sk's version..
And this: Lets go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you think we need to go this direction before Christmas that is fine. OR, give some scripture reading homework to work on until after Christmas. We are all going in various directions with the world outside of Unsealed, and may need time to get caught up. So I would be ok with some reading assignments...Hagar and Sarah to start it looks like.
then again, we are in critical times...
you decided based on where the Spirit leads you!

It just occurred to me, that after around 200 pages of content, I actually never included the verse in scripture from which I stole the name of my understanding of Restoration. How ironic. So here it is now:
Act 3:18 "But the things which God announced beforehand by the mouth of all the prophets, that His Christ would suffer, He has thus fulfilled. Act 3:19 "Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord; Act 3:20 and that He may send Jesus, the Christ appointed for you, Act 3:21 whom heaven must receive until the period of restoration of all things about which God spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from ancient time. Act 3:22 "Moses said, 'THE LORD GOD WILL RAISE UP FOR YOU A PROPHET LIKE ME FROM YOUR BRETHREN; TO HIM YOU SHALL GIVE HEED to everything He says to you. Act 3:23 'And it will be that every soul that does not heed that prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.' Act 3:24 "And likewise, all the prophets who have spoken, from Samuel and his successors onward, also announced these days. Act 3:25 "It is you who are the sons of the prophets and of the covenant which God made with your fathers, saying to Abraham, 'AND IN YOUR SEED ALL THE FAMILIES OF THE EARTH SHALL BE BLESSED.' Act 3:26 "For you first, God raised up His Servant and sent Him to bless you by turning every one of you from your wicked ways."
NASB -
KJV says Restitution. I liked Restoration better.

I would like to I respectfully submit a different viewpoint on what each crop represents. We are with family now, and my laptop charger got left at home, so I have even less time than before to discuss these things. But I found this article very interesting and would like to share. philologos.org/bpr/files/h005b.htm

w1, this viewpoint has come across my mind, only because sk has demonstrated this process of restoring via the scriptures. It now makes me (a follower, and I would submit you, you who are reading that is a follower of Christ) that we will be commissioned by Jesus, tho I am still waiting for SK to finish his viewpoint that I have utmost respect. However, now when I see stuff like what you linked here, I have a more peaceful understanding AS LONG AS IT aligns with a restorative process. As of now I can no longer take the position of eternal torment or some kind of permanent annihilation. But I can accept the Lord using me in a spiritual way, during part of the trib process...still think and believe I am not destined for wrath...so not completely post trib...then again, are we truly understanding the whole TRIB?

Folks, I have been on the road all day, but hope to respond tomorrow. Also, barbiosheepgirl, your post indicates you are waiting for something from me? Are you referring to the kingdom of God thread? Or was there a particular question you are waiting for me to answer? Bless you all, SK

no not here, SK, in the Kingdom of God thread...witness1 article link is what I was replying to. In the article it has the 3 harvests, but the barley harvest is the Dead in Christ only harvest. In general, I am re-evaluating my wall I have had around my rapture understanding, did want to encourage witness1 that it was ok to bring in her different viewpoint of the harvests.

I have reviewed the article posted and it appears to be stating the following opinion: 1. barley = saints who rose from their graves at the time of Christ’s death2. wheat = church 3. produce of vines/trees = Israel I did not see what you saw, barbiosheepgirl , that the barley harvest was just the dead in Christ. Did I miss something within the article? My conclusion?I do not believe that the above solution deals with scripture very well, nor does it comprehend the purpose and scope of the plan of God. It also separates physical Israel into its own resurrection - which is unscriptural. We must understand: the barley have a purpose as the Sons of God. The resurrection of the Sons of God is not so they can simply sit around and wait for the rest of the harvest. It is the beginning of the Restoration. We have, for so long, thought of resurrection as the end, but it is the beginning! Everything in scripture written after Jesus rose indicates that the resurrection of the sons of God was a future event. This would not be true if the barley harvest took place at Christ’s death. The author of the article does not offer any biblical proof or even an explanation as to why they believe this about the barley. They simply quote that the people rose at the time of Jesus’ death. But we don’t know that those people did not continue to live normal lives and then die. The author also treats physical Israel as if she has her own identity in Christ and has a separate resurrection - this is not supported by the two resurrection moments we see in Rev. 20. It is also not supported by all of scripture. This is a very common problem in prophecy teaching these days and one we are working toward dealing with in the Kingdom of God thread. This article also does not deal at all with a resurrection of the unbelievers. I could dig into these things deeper, but I’m not sure there is value in this. You all will have to let me know if you want me to.
