It is interesting up here in Canada right now. Sometime is this past year, Bugles stopped being stocked on Canadian shelves and are no longer available in Canada. They are primarily used at Christmastime to make nuts and bolts snack mixes.
Could this be a sign of the upcoming rapture? The bugle is a small trumpet. When those who are ready and waiting get called up at the sound of the trumpet, some of those who remain will be scrambling to assure their salvation, much like those who are currently scrambling to try and procure Bugles in time for Christmas.
Some are managing to get their hands on the elusive Bugles by finding the last bag or travelling to a far away land that is home to Bugles. Unfortunately, the seasonal demand is causing a shortage of Bugles and Canadians are now purchasing Bugles from as far away as Arkansas.
Others are sadly looking for substitutes for the real thing to replace what they are missing in their snack mix. Unfortunately, there is nothing to replace a Bugle.
This is how it will be at the time of the rapture. Some will manage to still assure their salvation in Christ. Some will seek substitutes in the way of Worshipping the Beast.
It is sad knowing I won't be eating Bugles again anytime soon. They join a list of items like Dad's Goodie cookies and strawberry shortcake ice cream bars that I try and find on the rare occasion that I am traveling to the USA.

My kids like Bugles, but they aren't something I buy regularly enough to notice the supply. I'd trade you for some Wonderbars. π
It is sad to think about those who think they know Him but they don't. They will probably either know exactly what happened and be convicted and devastated or they will keep lying to themselves.
