Welcome to the board MikeTaft , I too have thought that the Gog, Magog war could be what starts Daniel's 70th week. Oddly enough God never commanded the Jewish people to build any of the temples. It was their (Jews) idea to build the temple. Because they insisted on it God did give them the blueprint as to how it should be built. Completely agree Rick . Thanks for the warm welcome. God kept things pretty simple, there was us and Him. Then the Israelites asked for a king, when He was THE KING. Even as God is Omnipresent they still asked to make a house for Him. Yet God calls the world His footstool (Isaiah 66:1). Soon enough the Kingdom of Heaven will be established here on earth and the Jews will finally realize who the Messiah truly is. On another note, I noticed Trump bailed on the re-certification of the Iran deal. Ever since Trump got in things have been accelerating rampantly towards all out war in the Middle East. They practice Kosher and observe the Sabbath. What many don't know is that all his sons are married to Jewish women. Judaism/ being Jewish is passed down through the mother's side so this means all Trump's grandchildren are all Jewish. Hmmm.

Hello disciple4life! Glad to meet you! I found that interesting about the sacrifices being done on Passover. I haven't seen any other reports of sacrifices being done, but that may be because they lack the temple. As for Jared Kushner I always wondered if they had connection to the tribe of Ephraim which is not mentioned in Revelation 7, or Dan for the matter. |

Another very interesting thing is that there are multiple sources, including the Temple Institute that have confirmed that they have found the pure red heifer. It's hooves and even the nose all has to be red, not even two hairs can be another color. wow.
Also, I'm not saying it's 100% real or verified, but lots of credible witnesses also confirm that the actual ark of the covenant has been found and is being hidden very securely by Israeli government, for the use in the temple.

If you think about it, we have God's presence in our hearts, but I think God is protecting it, so that the prophecy can be fulfilled, and we know that 144,000 Jews will be sealed. He came for the lost tribes of Israel - one day, they will realize that the one they thought was their Messiah is the Anti-Christ.

Thank you for sharing this video, Rick. That's absolutely incredible. Everyone should watch it right where you mentioned. He's talking about finding the Ark of the Covenant in a cave underneath the exact place where Jesus was crucified. In fact, the Ark was right underneath it. And when the soldier speared Jesus in the side, His blood ran down through a fissure and landed right on the Mercy seat. He found the blood there and had it analyzed at a lab. They were shocked to find that the blood only had 24 chromosomes - 23 from the mother and the 24th was the y from a non-human source. They asked whose blood it was and he told them it was from their Messiah. Wow, just wow. No words.

Another thing Ron Wyatt mentioned in the video is that there were 4 angels guarding the Ark and who said they had been guarding it since it was put there by Jeremiah.

I watched a documentary that showed where the second temple was located and it was not near the dome of the rock. However, I can not remember where they said it was. Seems like they said it was close to the brook so there would be a water source nearby. I may be way off on this. Their point was that they needed a water source to perform the sacrifice preparations. They were butchering a large number of animals at that location and needed the water for clean up. You may be referring to The City of David. |

Interestingly enough, even though God does not command to rebuild the temple, it still has yet to be built as shown to Ezekiel in chapter 40. The Jews still see the temple as their connection to the Father. This vision also falls on the 10th day of the month which some perceive to be the Day of Atonement which I find interesting. Another point is that the war of Gog and Magog occur in Ezekiel 38 & 39 which may very well be the catalyst to allow the Jews to rebuild the temple. Sinai. The temples that followed were condoned by God, He told David that Solomon his son would build the Temple. And He gave the reasons why He agreed to its construction. It is curious though that the sixth earthly temple will be the one that will be defiled by the Antichrist. Scripture indicates that the 70th week is God's movement to restore Israel to its former state, and in doing so a Temple will be built. However I think the nation of Israel will jump the gun when the 70th week starts and the Antichrist deceives them into believing he is their messiah, we know from Paul's letter to the Thessalonians that he will seat himself in the temple declaring himself to be God: This is how we know for certain that there will be a Temple during the 70th week. I believe that the "man of lawlessness" will provide the impetus for the building of the 6th temple. Many Jews today believe that the messiah will come and build the Temple and indeed He will, but they will believe that this "man" is their messiah until he is revealed by God as a fraud. As others have noted here there certainly is a will among many Jews to rebuild a temple. I heard it said today and I think it was well said: Daniel 9, we clearly see that there must be a temple in the middle of the tribulation that it may be defiled and that abomination of desolation would be able to stop sacrificing. From the text you have to have a temple or holy place for him to stand in and there must be sacrificing that it may be able to be stopped. This will be done by a nation in unbelief, so they will move forward with their own works. Unwittingly they will build the antichrist temple for him.

Do they still have control of it and what's the latest on this? I know very little about this subject other than I recall something about a place called the Dome of the Rock, I think, which currently has a Muslim mosque built on it?
