RIGHT now – ever single one of you who feel this website pushed the idea that the rapture would definitely / 100% guarantee would fall on a particular date – Please GO and bring that article to everyone’s attention.
The Fact is everyone on this website went to great pains to TELL everyone they were speculating – that they did not have 100% guaranteed date in mind.
Yes, there were a few websites – that did give a specific date – and if you want an apology go to them for that apology.
Yes, I really felt the signs were leading me to the conclusion the rapture would take place this September (and it still might) … but I and everyone else … said I could not and would not draw a line in the sand and say THIS IS THE DATE --- because I did not have a confirmation from the Lord.
Seeing “TROLLS” sign onto this discussion group – telling us how CRUSHED we should feel / and maybe we should get out of the date setting business ….

kjs not sure if you want this in here but I thought it was good to address some naysayers and some of those who may be discouraged. Best of both worlds! If you wanna move it or whatever, do it. I recommend at least the first 5 minutes. EDIT 1 - I'm horrible at embedding stuff from the phone EDIT 2 - Maybe this should be under "Big Names" thread (too)

Beautiful prayer, stormyknight, and it has reminded me of something I have been pondering regarding prayers for the Lord's return. I encourage all our brothers and sisters in Christ to tell the Lord everything they are feeling about this prophetic watch season--whether excitement or sadness, fears or questions. Take all of it to the Lord in prayer and share your heart's feelings with Him. Pray earnestly also for the protection of believers in Jesus and the salvation of unbelievers.
I have been wondering if we might be at the point of Revelation 5 here. The Revelation 12:1-2 sign has happened. Now take a look at the beginnings of the great unsealing of the scroll in heaven...
Revelation 5:1-4 Then I saw in the right hand of him who sat on the throne a scroll with writing on both sides and sealed with seven seals. And I saw a mighty angel proclaiming in a loud voice, “Who is worthy to break the seals and open the scroll?” But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth could open the scroll or even look inside it. I wept and wept because no one was found who was worthy to open the scroll or look inside.
Could it be possible we are in this moment of time right now? Of course, I'm speculating, but wouldn't it be amazing if this were happening in heaven right now as we here on earth are feeling many emotions as the rapture has not yet occurred?
If that is so, could it also be possible then that our Lord is preparing to take the scroll in heaven and begin its unsealing?
Revelation 5:5-8 Then one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals.” Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing at the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. The Lamb had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth. He went and took the scroll from the right hand of him who sat on the throne. And when he had taken it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb.
And if that is so, could it also be that our prayers are about to be presented as incense in heaven?
Revelation 5:8 Each one had a harp and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of God’s people.
What if our prayers could be in those very golden bowls spoken of in this passage as we wait for the Lord's plan to continue unfolding?

after reading kjs post about stopping the condemnation and reading all week about "well it might be this, or it could be that", my nerves are frazzled and I want to crawl in a hole. I've even read on a reddit where one redditor was mad because he/she had to go to work yesterday because the world didn't end over the weekend! There are non-christians who follow this stuff that want it all to end just so they don't have to endure the hell they are living in now. Is that crazy or what? Anyway, I wanted to say something, but I didn't know what, so I just...prayed. |

Seems like I never get time to because I will see something in shout box or see something posted about a verse in the Bible and then go to read the entire chapter, or get distracted in ways like that. Let them scoff! Doesn't bother me a bit. I'm not accountable to any of them. Only to God. And whether they realize it or not, it is the same for them too.  Let them come and scoff. Maybe they will actually read something and learn what this place is truly all about... the One who has Saved us... and will save them too if they let Him and I am praying that they do. |

I like the words of Pastor and prophecy teacher Steve Cioccolanti. We are all standing on the shoulders of those who have come before us, and others who did the best they could to study and discern what scripture says about end times. His pastor didn't get everything right, but he said - "That doesn't make him a false prophet." We all see through a glass dimly, - we all only have parts of the puzzle, and we are all sharing the pieces we have. I can be convinced that the blue piece I have 'has to be sky' - it's blue and too clear and even to be water. When we put it together with your blue piece, - only then, it becomes clear that it's a blue house. ;-)
On the other side - there are plenty of people who were calling Christian brothers scoffers and mockers who didn't believe that the Sept alignment was the Revelation 12 sign, and there are those who believe it meant something, but were cautioning about not speculating about an "alleged planet X" in order to make an eclipse, in order for people to be able to see the sign. Whenever someone says "this position or opinion can't be debunked" I think it's very dangerous - and is setting oneself up for mockers. I think we should try to persuade but also keep in mind that we don't have all the pieces, and I can learn from those who see things differently. ;-)
It's also a reminder to me to be like the Bereans - ultimately my hope, my peace and my trust is not in a sign, not in a You-tube video, or a particular theory - but in Christ, and his promise to return. ;-)
