Just wanted to let people know that if the rapture doesn't happen, the tribulation doesn't start or whatever else you are thinking...it doesn't necessarily rule things out for happening this year. The tribulation as a "7 year period" lasts for 2520 days. If you go 7 years into the future to the spring feasts which would mark the end of the tribulation, and do a reverse count you come to November 10th for Yom Teruah and November 20th from Yom Kippur. So if a war were to spark that could end up facilitating these things whether the daniel 9 covenant, or whatever else you are thinking has to happen....we could see some pre-requisites tick off of the list leading to a potential daniel 9 covenant. I'm not predicting anything with this...i'm just suggesting that the window might be larger than some people are accounting for.

I think the Members of the Trinity are enjoying this even more than we are. I agree. This also makes me wonder about the general atmosphere of heaven right now. I would imagine one of eager anticipation (just like us). Because saints who have already died are waiting for their glorified bodies the same as we are (and they get to go first - though we get ours so close after it'll probably seem almost simultaneous). AlwaysPraying, you know why the dead in Christ are raised first? wait..... wait..... because their bodies have 6 feet further to go

Hi Wateredseeds, Funny you should write this as I was thinking the same thing and was thinking about starting a thread but didn't want to sound like a killjoy. All I was going to say was, that I know a lot of people are hoping for a Rapture this weekend (and of course there is a chance) though, I do not believe that there will be one (yet I have prepared letters just in case)The reason I say this is, as I am new to Faith I have come to Christ a different way to the majority of you. I believe that the 23rd September sign IS important and a marker from our Heavenly Father, especially as it lands on a very significant date, but, I feel this is all it is at the moment a Sign. Once the NWO, One World Government and One World Religion is set up, then I believe this is when the Rapture will happen, because satan will have succeeded in world domination, AND, I honestly feel it will be on one of the Fall Feasts when the Rapture occurs. Though, I could be completely wrong and all this be set up after we are Raptured Either way it is exciting!

Yes, it is possible we are going to start seeing "the dragon" come together and a push against Christianity... perhaps because "nothing happens" with this sign (if nothing happens).
